Underwater Topsy Turvy Cake
This cute "Under the Sea" topsy turvy cake is from Melinda. Wow! This is way beyond my level of expertise! She totally rocked this cake. If I remember correctly she covered it in blue fondant and used colored gum paste to make the starfish and turtles and other sea creatures. What an adorable first birthday cake. Even a "mini" version for the birthday boy! Thanks Melinda!! This one is a keeper!

Emily--there is a new show on TLC called Cake Boss. Every time I see a commercial Ithink of you. They make some awesome stuff. I think it is on Mondays.
